Antenatal classes Liverpool: Pregnancy yoga carries many benefits for mum and baby. Yoga is known to ease back pain and improve delivery outcomes such as increased vaginal birth and decrease premature delivery, as well as shortening length of labour. In this workshop we will be exploring ways of using movement and breathing in the birth room for a positive labour and birth experience.
