Postnatal Women’s Circle
This is a space to honour each other as mamas and as women, to meditate and to share support, encouragement and wisdom.
Each Women’s Circle will hold a topic. This circle will be aimed toward our postnatal mamas and we will be trying out and discussing Journaling.
What to expect –
You will be welcomed with a warm hot chocolate infused with herbs, minerals, and spices for wellbeing.
We will open the circle with introductions followed by meditation for restorative healing, channelling energy and working with the divine feminine. This will involve some movement. After spending some time journaling, sharing, and lifting one another.
We will close the circle with a guided visualisation.
