Pregnancy Yoga Liverpool: A workshop for women to explore yoga for the birth room. In this workshop Jenni brings more than 17 years of Doula experience and pregnancy yoga teaching to help you prepare positively for birth.
“We will explore ways of moving for the different stages of labour, birth positions and breathing techniques. Understand and experience the importance of environment to help you keep adrenaline low and encourage your feel good, relaxed birthing hormone oxytocin, to flow.
This is an informative and relaxing evening to help prepare you to connect deeper with your body and your baby so you can listen to your body, trust, move, breathe and surrender when the time comes.”

This workshop is available once a month and delivered by a pregnancy yoga instructor with experience supporting labour and birth.
The length of this workshop is 2 hrs. Please bring a yoga mat and a cosy blanket.
