find us

By Car

9 Watkinson St is located between Jamaica St and St James St (Just behind the Women’s Organisation). Please do not confuse with James St Liverpool. Please be aware that parking is limited, so allow plenty of time to find a space if you are driving. There is free on street parking between 8am and 6pm around the Baltic triangle with a 2hr maximum stay. These are available wherever you see the business parking permit signs.  There is free all day parking on Bridgewater St. There is also a carpark on Bridgewater St which is a 2-minute walk away, parking here is £1 per hour. There are other pay and display car parks within walking distance.

  1. Paradise St Bus Station (approx. 10-minute walk)
  2. To St James Street – 26 (going towards Liverpool 1) – 27 (leaving Liverpool 1)
  3. Stop on St James Street
  4. To Upper Parliament St – 76, 76A, 77, 86, 86A, 86B, 86C, 86E, 201, 186, 202, 204, 69 approx. 10 mins walk
  5.  To Great George Street – 107, 182, 25, 82, 82E, 82X, C1 approx. 5 minutes’ walk
