The therapies package includes 4 x complementary therapies (antenatal and/or postnatal).

You can choose to have a course of the same therapies or try a variation. Following consultation, we can advise a package to achieve the most beneficial result. This may include recommendations of a range of therapies from the following –

Pregnancy massage (with or without essential oils)

Postnatal massage (with or without essential oils)

Acupuncture

Reflex Zone Therapy (A type of maternity specific reflexology)

Clinical hypnosis

Aromatherapy
