Providing mum is feeling well, the baby massage course is suitable from birth to 12 months old.

We work on the floor for the sessions so please consider if you are feeling up to this. We will be able to help if needed.

You don’t need to bring anything with you. Mats, organic massage oils, and towels are all provided.

The course runs for five consecutive weeks (Including and from the date booked)

Choose the morning or afternoon course –

11.30 am – 1pm

2pm – 3.30pm

with a half hour break. Refreshments provided.
