Calm & Confident Birth – Pregnancy Yoga

Feel more comfortable in your body and calm, confident for labour.

This 4-week course is designed to support you through pregnancy while gently preparing you for birth. Each week, you’ll ease aches, move more freely, and feel calmer and more confident as your due date approaches.

This is more than a yoga class. You’ll leave each session feeling better in your body, with simple, practical tools you can use both now and during labour.

The course combines pregnancy-safe movement, breathwork, birth preparation, and deep relaxation to:

  • ease common pregnancy discomforts
  • support your changing body
  • build strength and mobility
  • develop tools for labour
What’s Included

Each 90-minute session includes:

  • Pregnancy-safe yoga to ease aches and build strength
  • Movement designed to support your changing body
  • Practical birth preparation — positions, mindset, and tools
  • Breathwork for relaxation and labour
  • 20–30 minutes of deep relaxation (yoga nidra)
  • A calm, welcoming space to connect with other mums-to-be

Week 1: Pelvis, Posture & Positioning
Ease tension in your hips, lower back, and pelvis. Gentle yoga and posture work to support your body and your baby’s position, plus breath to release tension.

Week 2: Breath, Movement & Calm
Learn how to use movement and breathwork together to relax your body and calm your mind. Breathing techniques you can use throughout pregnancy and during labour.

Week 3: Strength, Support & Managing Discomfort
Build strength and resilience with pregnancy-safe movement. Explore positions to relieve discomfort and tools to cope with contractions, including movement and gravity in labour.

Week 4: Letting Go, Support & Deep Rest
Prepare mentally and physically for birth. Creating a calm environment and practising deep relaxation to conserve energy for the big day.

By the End of the Course, You’ll:
