Gentle Somatic Yoga and Journaling with Maria, Yoga and meditation teacher.

Maria is a yoga and meditation teacher with five years experience guiding women of all ages through nervous system healing practices to feel empowered, strong in their bodies, and calm in their minds.

Intention – To offer a gentle, nurturing space where mothers can reconnect with their bodies, and inner world – through movement, breath, stillness, journaling and shared reflection.
